Hi All
I haven't posted for a while. I've been feeling really well. After I started on MTX before Christmas and had to come off it because I started to loose my hair I wasn't taking any drugs until January 16th when I had a hospital appointment. I was given a steriod injection and started to take Leflunomide. I'm pleased to say that the steriod injection kicked in and helped a great deal and I've had no side affects from the Lefunomide which I take once a day. I've had a follow up appointment at the hospital and I am staying on 1 x lefunomide a day and if it needs to be increased then I can go to my Dr who will up the dose to 2. I haven't felt this well for so long - long may it last!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Smile I'm swiming twice a week which I think helps as well.
Take care everyone Debs Smile

Hi there Debs. It's always good to hear that someone is doing well and has found a drug that suits them. This is really encouraging for other people to read, especially for newbies, so thanks for posting your news. Naomi x

Hi all
I am about to start taking 20mg of leflunomide instead of 10mg. I have been feeling really well but the steriod injection that I had has now worn off and I am starting to feel pain again in my hands and feet, although not too bad at the moment hopefully the increased dosage will help and things will settle down again.
Take care everyone Debs Smile
